Company

Competing nowadays in the operator’s software industry is a real challenge. The pace at which innovations and competitors emerge requires an incredible effort to succeed. When the executive team decided to create a company to fill a specific niche in the market, the right path was to set the highest possible standards, not only for our team, but also for our suppliers and partners. The executive team had in mind three different pillars in which to build the company:

High specialized and dedicated team: Our team is comprised of highly qualified software and telecommunication engineers. We are proud to say that we have a scientific and entrepreneur spirit, which is embodied into our people. To achieve that, we start by designing a challenging selection process, were a team of three people interview the candidate. Right after being accepted, they are immersed into our methodologies, process and styles. As an example of our commitment to higher quality, every single developer holds the CSQE (Certified Software Quality Engineer) by the ASQ (American Society for Quality).

The best software and engineering practices: Bringing the best possible solution to our customers requires a highly scientific and controlled process. This process must be predictable (time and effort), efficient (100% results assured) and highly automatized. For that, we use proven and cost efficient software engineering process.

Innovation through R&D: Software factories have to heavily invest in R&D to survive in this evolving era. Throughout dedicated programs, we promote our employees to spend time researching new tools, process, algorithms, and sharing experiences about projects. Cooperation among the different departments brings new ideas to stand out from our competitors, which benefits our customers.
