David Lopez, Software Architect

Coming to Almira Labs was an easy decision for me. The telecom industry, the constant changes it undergoes and Almira´s focus on innovation were all deciding factors. In Almira Labs I am part of the Technical Team, a Software Architect.  I am responsible for monitoring projects under development and check that they comply with Almira Labs strict quality standards. I also look after all clients requirements to be met by our developments. I have to  provide an accurate daily report to management about these issues. My work implies a big responsibility, so I have had to learn a lot, not only about the technical part of my work, but also regarding Almira Labs business performance in order to be able to deliver a top quality service to our customers. I know see my career with huge potential in the company as Almira Labs focus on its employees provides many opportunities opening up.

Gabriel Mainer, Software Engineer

Telecom is constantly evolving and Almira Labs business incorporates this fact into its daily activity. Since my arrival in the company, I have realized that we need to be prepared for learning new approaches and to be able to deal with the movements of the Telecom industry to outperform our competitors. Since day one, I have been an active part of the projects assigned to me, I have been responsible for specific tasks and have been encouraged to make suggestions for a better performance which I have found really positive as I feel I can contribute to improve our products and services.
